Been meaning to get back here and post again. Thank you for all your nice comments, it has been a bit of a boost as I really wasn't sure about blogging...I do have a tendency to talk a bit and being the fairly private person I am I don't want to be too "out there".

Anyway on to other things, I was at a crop (ssshh....don't tell anyone I was scrapping LOL) at the weekend and did a couple of layouts, I will share the rest later but need to rephotograph them as I am not happy with the way they turned out - I think I need to find another method of taking photos of them than laying them on the kitchen bench. Someone suggested blu tacking them to the wall so I might try that tomorrow. I used to scan and stitch but that is hard and time consuming as I keep forgetting the best way to do it LOL.

This photo has to be one of my favourites, it started out as a bit of a blurry one so I had a play in Paintshop (I now have Photoshop) and desaturated the colour then enhanced the dummy and his eyes. I was happy with the results and this is the second time I have scrapped this photo - though in a completely different manner. I just love the Basic Grey ranges of paper, I think these were from Scarlets Letter. I seem to be addicted to cutting out patterns too....something I discussed with the other girls at my table, it is time consuming but I love the results, funny how these things come and go in trends. I need to journal on the pages I have done but will do so after I have photographed them as I don't feel right sharing my thoughts - well at the moment anyway. Even when I was on the Scrapbooks from the Heart design team I used to wait till I got my layouts back before journalling them unless it was entirely necessary for the layout.
So keep your eyes peeled in the next few days for more, I have one of DD#1 which is funny but she doesn't want me to post it on here...we'll see!!

I really like this layout, and that means a lot coming from a non-scrapper. Well Done, Ux
